Camp Allegro

Camp Allegro is our original music day camp for all youth ages seven to eighteen.  Campers of all abilities and backgrounds are welcome, including those who don't yet play an instrument, but wish they did!  We offer instruction for ALL instruments: strings, brass, woodwinds, voice, guitar, percussion, piano, and organ.

Campers will play in chamber groups (duets, trios, etc.) and large ensembles (band, jazz band, orchestra, and choir).  We also offer beginning instrument classes for all sorts of instruments (specific instruments subject to availability). Music theory classes are catered to each camper's level of knowledge.  Campers choose electives such as art, photography, fiddling, jazz & blues improv, ukulele, chimes, percussion, guitar, and organ. In addition to learning how to perform, campers will enjoy performances by professional musicians.
